Ally Simbert, Founder and President of Engineer Enterprise (EE)
Mr. Simbert is an entrepreneur who combines strategies and tactical business planning with the ability to analyze complex situations and design practical solutions while implementing cost-effective plans. He effectively capitalizes on both new and existing market opportunities while providing superior customer service. He has a track record of increasing sales and growing the bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs.
Mr. Simbert has worked as a Senior Lead System Engineer at Novetta, a contracting firm delivering IT solutions to the federal government. There, he successfully led a cross-functional team of system and network engineers in the design, maintenance, and testing of the development and production environments for command and control (C2) software and hardware solutions while assessing and communicating technical issues to the government. Prior, he worked as a Senior Lead System Engineer at multiple specialized consulting companies, including Jacobs, SAIC, and Leidos. Previously, he founded and managed Stopoint Inc, a software company that specialized in trading high-end electronics with yearly revenue of $500,000.
Mr. Simbert obtained a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Florida International University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Thomas University. Currently, Mr. Simbert is pursuing a Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Maryland and is a PRINCE2 and CompTIA Security+ Certified personnel.
